Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us . The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All orders ship free of charge to our customers.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy
A World of Pink Foundation ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return Policy

Product care and warranty information.

Bras: Most bra manufacturers offer a warranty on manufactured defective parts. Therefore, if you have a concern, please notify us within 1 week of the purchase date. After that time, the bra is no longer available for exchange. In addition, once a bra has been worn, it is not returnable. Mastectomy Bras and garments are considered medical devices and cannot be exchanged. We offer a half hour telemedicine session for that reason. If you choose to purchase online you can set up a fitting appointment by clicking on our Book Online tab on our menu.

Breast Forms: Most prostheses have a warranty for a defective prosthetic only. All warranty claims must be approved by the manufacturer prior to replacement. The warranty period is the date of original purchase, not the replacement date. Prosthetics cannot be returned, they are considered a medical device.

Insurance

To file your insurance claim for reimbursement send this prescription form along with a copy of both sides of your insurance card, and your doctor’s prescription to your insurance companies claims department (address located on the back of your insurance card). We cannot guarantee coverage.
